Procedures

Customer satisfaction is number one on our priority list. We take our time to define our customer's needs. We communicate clearly through drawings, sketches and photos. Exact laser measurements are taken and scale drawings are produced for your approval.

All our products are uniquely constructed and fully preassembled in our Belgium workshops. The quality is the same as the finest furniture.

Staircases, Gates and Orangeries need to be disassembled into large sections. Our products are shipped in a dedicated truck to your premises, then reassembled and fitted by our teams of trained technicians.  This means there is a minimum of inconvenience to you.

Delivery Time

From receipt of your signed order and deposit, delivery terms are 6 to maximum 8 weeks for Doors, Windows or Gates, 12 weeks to maximum 14 weeks for Staircases or Orangeries.

Terms of Payment

Terms are 30% of the contract price on order, 70% when the products are finished in the workshop, prior to shipment.
